Well, they are almost vegan. I couldn’t find carob chips at the market today, so I had to settle with chocolate chips. They turned out so soft, chewy, and delicious!

Ingredients: organic whole wheat pastry flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic turbinado sugar, organic chocolate chips, organic walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, organic flaxseed meal, organic soy milk, organic baking powder, organic cinnamon, organic salt.
